1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Webfrasse website and your purchase of Webfrasse Assist (the “Product”). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase the Product.

3. Product Description
Webfrasse Assist is a personal alarm wristband with fall detection, I’m OK checks, and SOS alert functions. It includes a base station, smartphone apps, and optional monitoring services. The Product requires a Wi‑Fi connection, a compatible smartphone, and an active subscription for certain features. We reserve the right to update firmware and software periodically.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept major debit and credit cards. Recurring subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of sign‑up unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next billing date.
5. Delivery
We dispatch the Product within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery to UK mainland addresses typically takes 3–5 working days. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If the Product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours.
6. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure the Product is used in accordance with the supplied instructions. The wristband is not a substitute for professional medical or emergency services. You are responsible for testing the device regularly and maintaining an active internet connection. You must provide accurate responder contact details and update them as necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webfrasse LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to missed alerts, connectivity failures, or personal injury. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Webfrasse LTD and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the subscription services if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Product after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
