Refund, Return & Warranty Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing at [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation. You must return the Product within 14 days of notifying us.
2. Return Conditions
Returned Products must be in their original condition, complete with all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase. We may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund if the Product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment. Initial shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the Product is faulty.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If the Product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, you will be entitled to a full refund including any delivery charges.
5. Warranty
Webfrasse Assist comes with a 24‑month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
During the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective Product free of charge. The warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and is non‑transferable.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscription plans may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team. If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the subscription fee. After 14 days, no pro‑rata refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period, but the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of any damage. We will provide a returns authorisation number and shipping instructions. Unsolicited returns may not be accepted.
